Good quality, delivery took a bit
I ordered a 20-inch HD Lace Frontal Wig a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I used Afterpay, which was super convenient. It took about 3 days for the order to process, then another 7 days for it to arrive. I'm in California, so maybe that's why it took a bit longer to get here. When it finally arrived, the wig itself was really soft and the lace was practically invisible, which I loved. I did have a question about coloring it, so I used their online chat support. The person was helpful but it took them a good 15 minutes to respond to my initial message. Overall, the quality of the wig is great and it was worth the wait, but the shipping time could be improved.

I grabbed a 613 Blonde Wig a little while ago. The hair is pretty good, it's soft and the color was nice. It took about a week to show up at my place, which felt a little long. I wasn't in a huge rush though, so it was fine. The packaging was okay, nothing fancy. It's a solid wig for the price, no complaints on the hair itself.

Solid wig, minor shipping delay
I purchased a 18-inch Brazilian Body Wave Bundles set. The hair was genuinely soft and had a nice bounce right out of the package. It styled well and held curls without much effort. Delivery took closer to 8 days than the 5-7 they quoted, which was a little annoying as I had an event planned. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which helped. For the price, the quality was good, but I'd like to see faster shipping options or at least more accurate estimates. Still, I'd probably buy from them again for the hair quality.
